St Cyrus Workshop Re-organisation
Due to continued growth in our company, and the continuing increase in the volume of work, it has been necessary for us to make a few changes in how we run our service department and how we deal with customer queries.
For any service queries, working hours or out of hours, please call:
01674 668143 or mobile 07515 561882.
During working hours, our service administrator Ellie McGaw will take your call and either book you in for work to be done or, if required, pass you to someone who can deal with your query.
Out of hours, the call will be answered by our new Workshop Foreman, Davie Ewan, or during our on-call periods, by the on-call engineer.
Davie Ewan has been with Ross Agri for over 6 years and is an excellent engineer with vast knowledge of our machinery, so is well equipped to be able to help you with any technical issues you may have.
Unfortunately, our new system means we are not able to access text messages outwith working hours.
Whatsapp messages, however, will still be accessible 24/7.
We are confident the changes above will enable us to be more efficient and to continue to provide our customers with a first-class service for all your machinery needs
